DEC 5th 2009: NEW RELEASES IN LIMITED NUMBERS!

METALBOLIC RECS was proud to be involved with the co-production for the new albums from VOCIFERIAN & SIDUS TENEBRARUM!

Unfortunately most of these CDs were damaged in the mail when being shipped to us!

Thus only a small number of the SIDUS TENEBRARUM release survived with only faint marks on the discs!

We DID in fact get a package of VOCIFERIAN's album in mint condition,which will be sold in the store as a NEW release which will be FREE of any defect!

Please note that since most of our stock was damaged in shipment,we only have an extremely LOW NUMBER of these albums so ACT NOW before they are all gone!

We will be hosting a "special sale" for the SIDUS TENEBRARUM CD that were determined to be "sellable". These discs will have very faint markings on the discs but nothing that prevents playback + will be extremely low priced! (digital copies will also be provided upon request as a backup via email to purchasing customers).

March 24th 2008-A Plethora of New stuff!

Welcome to the official Metalbolic Records label and distro website! It's amazing how many awesome developments have transpired in only a couple of months of our last update!

First, it should be noted that the very much anticipated debut full length CD release from NEPENTE has been completed! This supremely brutal offering was mixed and mastered by Jean Francois Dagenais, guitarist for the Canadian death metal masters KATAKLYSM, in his JFD Studio! The title of this monsterous release is being coined "Atonement", and is sure to deliver on all the positive talk that is swarming around it lately! To get a taste of what's in store, the band has a preview track to the album on their official NEPENTE Myspace page! Stay tuned for more information as we get closer to a release date, updated bio page and unveiling of the due cover art.

In recent band news, our current artists UNBURIED, SEEKING OBSCURE & ARCHAIC WINTER have all had some exciting events to report!

UNBURIED, has changed the name of their upcoming album title to "Slut Decapitator"! The label has previewed the layout created by the ever talented MARK RIDDICK, and we must say it is brilliant! It ranks with some of the classic works of Wes Benscoter,Dan Seagrave and mostly (in our opinion) cult zombie artist VINCENT LOCKE(Cannibal Corpse). This is planned to be a 12 page expanded booklet, chocked full of Mark's gory artwork; exclusive to this release! The package alone will be worth the price of addmission, and the brutal new tracks UNBURIED are about to vomit forth, is just going to be an awesome bonus!

In closely releated news UNBURIED'S split CD release with Wyoming's brutal one man death metal assault SEEKING OBSCURE, has STILL been making the rounds in world wide zines! METALBOLIC RECORDS is pleased to announce the signing of brutal death metal act NEPENTE from Columbia! NEPENTE is the FIRST international signing for the label, and we couldn't be more excited about working with this crushing outfit! The name may ring bells with many of you, as their track "Red Suns" was featured on the "Metalbolical:Vol 1" compilation that we released earlier this year. It was a pleasure working with the band on that release,and over the past few months, we really watched this band's awesome progression and commitment to their craft!

Upon hearing the new material showcased on their myspace page, we quickly, without question knew that METALBOLIC RECORDS was the label that should bring this band to the world-wide masses!
